On a 3 Day programme, two modules are delivered each day, it is more challenging for participants to complete a Business Plan in that time frame, but they are given all of the tools / guidance / templates required and would be expected to have a basic plan complete.  For participants, who have already completed some market research or are dedicated to the task, a Business Plan can be achieved).

 2 Market Research What it is? Primary & Secondary research, how to go about it, why it is important, surveys, how to construct and carry them out. SWOT analysis, Competitor analysis. Trends in the market.  The importance of understanding your market sector & applying the needs of the market to your business 
 3 Marketing for Small Business. ICT.  E-marketing What is marketing and where does it fit into small business? 5 P’s of marketing. E-marketing, understanding it & how it works.  Creating a marketing strategy appropriate to your business linked to cash flow.  Practical & cheap marketing ideas & examples.  Press Release, how to write them and use them effectively.
