This Start Your Own Business Programme gives a strong foundation and greater understanding of essential business practises required to set up a business, areas covered are outlined below.
The aim of the course is to complete a Business Plan, increase participants own awareness, increase knowledge, skills and business acumen to enable participants in setting up a business.
Modules
On a 3 Day programme, two modules are delivered each day, it is more challenging for participants to complete a Business Plan in that time frame, but they are given all of the tools / guidance / templates required and would be expected to have a basic plan complete. For participants, who have already completed some market research or are dedicated to the task, a Business Plan can be achieved).
